Process · roughly 6 weeks
From first call to a working team member, week by week.
Most of the time goes into understanding your business, not writing code. That’s deliberate: an agent that knows your context is the whole product.
First conversation
You write to us, or run the sixty-second check. Where does time go, what falls through the cracks, which tools does the team live in. We reply within a business day, honestly, and get on a short call if it makes sense.
You leave with
- A yes, a no, or a “not yet”
- The 2–3 tasks worth automating first
- Whether the audit is worth it for you
Workflow Audit
We sit with the people who do the work. Pricing sheets, email threads, the rules that live in someone’s head: everything the agent needs to know gets written down and organized.
You leave with
- Your business knowledge written down, useful even without us
- A written scope: tasks, tools, hand-off rules
- A fixed price for the build
Workflow Build
The agent is trained on your knowledge base and connected to your tools. It starts in draft mode: it prepares, you approve. Nothing goes out without a human until you say so.
You leave with
- A virtual employee working inside Gmail, Slack, your CRM
- Two weeks of supervised drafts before it acts alone
- A log of everything it did, and why
Care plan
Prices change, staff change, a new tool arrives. We keep the agent’s context current and add tasks to the same system instead of bolting on new automations.
You leave with
- Monitoring, with a human when something looks off
- A monthly note on what it handled and what it flagged
- The option to take it in-house any month
How we work
Human in the loop, by default
Every agent starts in draft mode. It earns autonomy task by task, on your call, never ours.
Your tools, your data
The agent works in your accounts. We don’t copy your data into a platform you don’t control.
We’d rather say no
If a $30 SaaS tool or a checklist solves it, we’ll tell you. We only build what needs judgment and context.
Week 0 starts whenever you like.
Write to the two people who’d do the work. Reply within a business day.
